From the first intake
to a signed note
before you drive home.

Session starts,
in the office or on videoTelehealth is built in. The client's consents and forms were signed in the portal before they arrived.
Note written and signed

This is the real app.
Sign a note yourself.
Open a sample client, write a DAP note, and sign it. It runs in your browser on fake clients, and nothing you type leaves this page. Use made-up details only.
An early build: today's sessions, DAP notes, and signing. Co-sign, scheduling, and billing are on the way.
Supervision
Built for practices that
train the next clinician.
- Associate notes go to a co-sign queue for their supervisor.
- Each co-signature is timestamped and kept on the note.
- Supervision hours are logged toward licensure.
- Interns and associates see only their own caseload.

Moving from
another EHR?
We bring your clients, appointments, and records over for you. Telehealth, the client portal, and supervisor co-sign are included, not sold as add-ons.
- Clients
- Appointments
- Records
Your records are stored in FHIR, the open standard for health data, so they are never locked in a format only we can read.
Security at launch
How your client
data is protected
at launch.
U.S. only
Private by design
Your data sits on a private network in Microsoft Azure. Only one guarded door faces the internet.
Encrypted everywhere
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups you can restore to any point in the last 35 days.
Every view logged
Who opened which chart, and when. Supervisors and owners can see the trail.
A signed BAA
Every practice signs a Business Associate Agreement with us before any client data goes in.
Data stays in the U.S.
Client data is stored only in U.S. data centers.
MFA on every login
Everyone on your team signs in with a second factor, not just a password.
Auto sign-out
Idle sessions sign out on their own, so an open laptop is not an open chart.
Logs kept six years
Access logs are kept for at least six years.
Is the demo the real app?
Yes. It is the same code, running in your browser on sample clients. It shows what is built today: today's sessions, DAP notes, and signing. New screens appear as they ship.
Who is Quiltstone for?
Behavioral health group practices: counseling, therapy, and social work groups with licensed clinicians and associates under supervision. It fits private-pay and out-of-network practices best today.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. Every practice signs a Business Associate Agreement with us before any client data goes in.
Can you move our records?
Yes. We bring your clients, appointments, and records over from your current EHR, so your team does not do it by hand. Your records are stored in FHIR, the open standard for health data, so they are never locked in.
Is telehealth included?
Yes. Telehealth, the client portal, and supervisor co-sign are included, not sold as add-ons.
Do you file insurance claims?
Quiltstone is built for private pay and out of network. Cards and HSAs stay on file, sliding scales are set per client, and superbills go out automatically so clients can submit them to their insurer.
Where is our data stored?
At launch, on a private network in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Demos never hold real client data.
What's in a private demo?
A demo set up with your practice's name, logo, offices, and session types, filled with sample clients. You explore it on your own time. It never holds real client data.
Your notes signed
before you leave. Your evenings back
with your family.
See it with your
practice's name on it.
We set up a private demo with your logo, your offices, and your session types, filled with sample clients. Explore it on your own time.
